Group Records Process

 

Please follow this Process in the Virginia Area to report:

     New Meetings

     Meeting Changes

     Disbanded or Inactive Meetings

     Group Representative (GR) changes and/or

     Any change in the Current Mailing Address (CMA)

 

Step by step process:

     STEP ONE:  Contact your District Representative.

     STEP TWO: District Representative sends information to the Area Group Records Coordinator by emailing the information to GroupRecords@vaalanon.org

     STEP THREE:  The Area Group Records Coordinator updates the Area Group Records database and the WSO Group Records.

  • All registrations and changes related to ALATEEN GROUPS must be submitted directly to the Area Alateen Process Person (AAPP) via email at AlateenProcess@vaalanon.org
  • If your District or groups is in one of the service centers, contact them directly to update their group records:
