45th Annual Al-Anon Family Groups of Maryland and the District of Columbia Spring Convention

The 45th annual AFG of MD/DC Spring Convention will be June 10-12, 2022, in-person at Washington College in Chestertown! 

The committee is excited that we will have Al-Anon and AA speakers, workshops on a variety of Al-Anon topics, a hospitality room, a Saturday Dance, Saturday night alternatives, Sunday spirituality speakers, and lots of fellowship!

The theme this year is “Growing Gratitude.” Come grow your gratitude with us in Chestertown. 

To receive the $10 Early Bird discount you need to register by Sunday, May 1st. Advance full-price registration for the convention closes June 6th. Registrations are refundable through June 9th and you can also change your type of registration until that date.

This year you again have the option of renting linen for the weekend from the college. They will provide sheets, towels, a pillow, and a blanket. The linen will be in your room when you check in, and the college will collect the linen from your room after you check out.

Please print copies of the attached registration form and share it with others in your groups and your AA friends. Talk about the convention in your meetings and offer to share details of your experience after the meeting.

You can register online and pay with a credit card or Paypal if you wish. The web site is www.TinyURL.com/AFG24SC . There is a 3% convenience fee for registrations paid using Paypal/Credit Cards. You can also register online and mail a check with no convenience fee. If you prefer, you can download the registration form attachment and fill it out by hand or on your computer and mail it in with your check or money order.

We will accept cash, check, or money order payments for walk-ins registrations for Saturday-only and no-lodging attendees.
