Q1: What does registration include, and how much does it cost?

A: The cost of registration covers your participation during Assembly. It is the same for all attendees, both in-person and virtual attendees. This decision provides an equal opportunity for all to attend and participate.

Saturday night only - double occupancy $140
Saturday night only - single occupancy $193
Friday & Saturday - double occupancy $203
Friday & Saturday - single occupancy $310
Registration ONLY (for local attendees) or Virtual Access to Hybrid Assembly $140

Q2: Are there any refunds if I'm unable to attend?

A: The Area's Assembly Registration fees will not be refunded if a member who has registered and paid does not attend the Assembly. (Full details can be found here: Refunds for Assembly Registration). We encourage members to transfer their registration to another member of their Group. This person can attend on behalf of the registered person and Vote as the GR if appropriate. Please communicate all changes with the Assembly Coordinator.

Q3: Who pays for my registration?

A: Basically the Group pays for the GR, and the District pays for the DR. All your answers can be found here: Requesting Reimbursements

Q4: When will virtual attendees receive the meeting link?

A: The meeting information will be sent the day before Assembly begins. It will be sent to the email address used to register.

Q5: What's the link to the Ask-It-Basket?

Q6: Can I telephone into the Webex portion of Assembly Only?

A: Audio Only or Dial-In participants: Your ability to participate will be somewhat limited. For previous Assemblies, Dial-In attendees were not able to join a breakout room if connected via telephone-only. Dial-In attendees were limited to the Main Workshops only, and they were not able to vote. Many things have changed with newer versions of the Webex App, and we will keep you informed about issues impacting attendance at Area Assemblies.
